Delivery of Orders
We deliver Australia wide using Express Post satchels. Our International parcels are sent via international air mail. Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, any order received prior to 12.00pm will be despatched same day and sent via express post. Express Post satchel is despatched overnight to arrive the following day, however any delivery outside the Australia Post’s next day delivery network will take a day longer. Public holidays may also cause some delay.
Contact us immediately if you are concerned regarding your delivery. International parcels are sent via air mail and usually take 5-7 days depending on the destination of the country.
Returns & Exchanges
We will happily exchange garments or provide a refund. Garment must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods can be returned or exchanged as long as they have not be worn, damaged or packaging tampered with and tags are still attached.
Contact us to discuss any returns or exchanges. Faulty items need to be reviewed and once the fault has been approved you will receive a refund. All faults are reported to our factory to improve quality control.
