Terms & Conditions

Earlybirds will happily exchange any item or refund your money providing the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Garments will not be accepted worn, washed or damaged. Garments must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. Contact us to discuss any returns or exchanges.

Delivery of your Order

Any order received prior to 12.00pm Monday to Friday we will endeavour to fulfil same day. We deliver throughout Australia using either Australia Post Express Post satchels for overnight delivery or Australia Post Standard Post satchels for 1-2 days delivery. International parcels are sent via DHL, fully trackable and secure. If you would like to track your parcel or have any concerns regarding delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us. Delivery to overseas destinations is usually 2-3 working days.
