Terms & Conditions

Earlybirds will happily exchange any item or refund your money providing the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Garments will not be accepted worn, washed or damaged. Garments must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. Contact us to discuss any returns or exchanges.

Delivery of your Order

Any order received prior to 12.00pm Monday to Friday we will endeavour to fulfil same day. We deliver throughout Australia using Australia Post Express Post satchels, overnight delivery service. International parcels are sent via international air mail. If you would like to track your parcel or have any concerns regarding delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us. Postage to overseas destinations can take up to 7 working days.
